I’m Hannah, and first and foremost—I’m human.
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to feel like the person you’re speaking to is real, relatable, and genuine.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in recruitment. While it may seem like a different path, at its core I was always drawn to helping people—supporting them in finding direction and figuring out what felt right for them, rather than what others expected.
Over time, I realised that what I truly care about is helping people understand themselves on a deeper level and feel more confident in their own choices and path in life.
Qualifications & Memberships:
- Registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
- BSc in Psychology (recognised by the British Psychological Society)
How I work
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
My approach is collaborative — we work together to understand what’s going on for you, rather than me telling you what you “should” do.
I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to help you:
- Make sense of your experiences
- Explore patterns or challenges
- Build self-awareness and confidence
- Find a way forward that feels right for you
Sessions are typically held weekly, either online or in person (adjust if needed).
Who I Work With
I work with adults who may be experiencing:
- Feeling stuck or unsure about direction in life
- Anxiety or overthinking
- Low self-esteem or confidence
- Life transitions or career uncertainty
- Pressure from expectations (your own or others’)
- A sense of not feeling like yourself
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Often, people come simply knowing something doesn’t feel quite right—and that’s enough.
